THE PORTUGUESE NUN, the latest film by Eugéne Green produced by O SOM E A FÚRIA, was selected do Locarno’s international competition. The festival will be held in this Swiss town between the 5th and 15th August.

RUINS AWARDED AT FIDMARSEILLE 14.07.2009
RUINS, the latest film by Portuguese director Manuel Mozos, was distinguished yesterday with the Georges Beauregard International Award, given to a film in the International Competition of FIDMarseille – Marseille International Documentary Film Festival, that took place between 8th and 13th July in that French city.

SONG OF LOVE AND HEALTH WINS AWARD FOR BEST PORTUGUESE FILM AT VILA DO CONDE SHORT FILM FESTIVAL 12.07.2009
SONG OF LOVE AND HEALTH, João Nicolau’s latest short, won the award for Best Portuguese Film at the 17th edition of Vila do Conde Short Film Festival, that was held between the 4th and 12th July. The prize was given by the international jury, composed by valter hugo mãe, Marco Martins, Carlos Reviriego, Maike Mia Hohne and Olivier Père.
